We also service Brazoria, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Liberty, Montgomery, Walker, Austin, Chambers, Matagorda, Wharton, and Waller Counties.
We have offices in Rio Hondo, McAllen and Houston, Texas.

We at Trinidad PHC only employ empathetic caregivers that enjoy patiently caring for others. All of our providers must pass background checks and screenings. Our clients safety and security is of the utmost importance. An individual that wishes to care for their own family member may apply. Our company strives to ensure that the best arrangements are made for each client.
Who pays for the services provided by Trinidad PHC?
Primary Home Care is paid for by Medicaid, Managed Care Organizations, or Private Pay arrangements can be made.
